What service do you use to ship my order?
We ship using USPS Priority Mail. USPS will deliver Monday - Saturday, excluding holidays.
Can I order if I live outside of the United States?
Our products can be shipped to addresses within the United States, Canada, as well as overseas APO/FPO military addresses. Additional shipping fees may apply for addresses outside of the United States.
How long does it take to process and ship my orders?
We ship Monday through Friday during normal business hours. Once your order is placed, it will be shipped within 1 - 2 business days. Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be shipped on the next available business day. Credit card authorization and verification must be received before any order is processed for shipping.
Shipping delays may occur during the holiday season and after any major sales event due to the high volume of orders.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
After your order has been shipped, the delivery date will depend on the shipping method selected at check out and the address for delivery.
What is your return or exchange policy?
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with any requests for returns. We are unable to process returns on opened products due to hygienic reasons, but would love to hear any feedback and will be happy to provide options for replacements if deemed fit.
What about shipping costs?
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return your items. If you are exchanging a product, we will cover the shipping costs back to you.
