GREENS SMOOTHIE BOWL
1 scoop of Motiv-8 Greens
½ cup of your favorite non-dairy beverage
1 frozen banana
1 handful of spinach
½ of an avocado
Ice, as desired for consistency
Add all ingredients to a blender, and blend until smooth. Your smoothie bowl should have a thick enough consistency that you can eat it with a spoon. Pour into a bowl, and add your favorite toppings like fresh fruit, granola, coconut, almonds or chia seeds. Enjoy!
