I love this stuff I have more energy and have lost weight.

First Day

I’ve only tried one today. I was very surprised at how it truly helped my hunger cravings, I had energy to work out after work and was full with a smaller portion of dinner.
I am curious if the caffeine from the green tea is keeping me up later than usual.
